Seminar held on EU's Common Agricultural Policy
BELGRADE - Experts from four countries, members of the Visegrad Group, shared their experience on direct payment and the link between the national and the European agricultural market with their colleagues from the Serbian Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management in the seminar on EU's Common Agricultural Policy held on Monday in Belgrade.
According to a release issued by embassies of member countries of the Visegrad Group (the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland and Slovakia), and the Serbian government's European Integration Office, the seminar was held immediately before the screening on Chapter 11 (agriculture and rural development), which will significantly increase the knowledge and preparedness of Serbia's administration in the EU integration process.
At the seminar opening, embassy officials representing member states of the Visegrad Group underlined that their countries extend strong and lasting support to Serbia's efforts in the European integration process, both at a political, and at a technical level.
The event, taking place during the Hungarian Presidency of the Visegrad Group, has been organized by the Embassy of Hungary in Belgrade.
