Dacic: Polls will be conducted in democratic, fair atmosphere
BELGRADE - Serbian Prime Minister Ivica Dacic expressed the expectation on Thursday, in the talks with Head of the OSCE Limited Election Observation Mission Boris Frlec, that the forthcoming parliamentary elections would be carried out in a democratic and fair atmosphere.
The elections will not slow down the European integration process and the implementation of the Brussels agreement because key political factors in Serbia are committed to the EU path and the search for a solution to the Kosovo-Metohija issue through a dialogue, Dacic said.
He expressed the belief that the Serbian parliamentary elections would be organised well in Kosovo-Metohija and that OSCE would make sure that the electoral process in the southern Serbian province is carried out without problems, the Serbian government Office for Cooperation with the Media released.
