The new Government shall be constituted on Sunday, while the names of the ministers might be known as early as on Friday.

Serbia President Tomislav Nikolic gave yesterday mandate for constitution of the new Government to the SNS leader Aleksandar Vucic. After consultations Nikolic said that he would work with Vucic’s cabinet as a team, especially on unpopular decisions.

- I congratulate Vucic on achieved results, but frankly speaking, I would not be in his shoes. Huge challenges are ahead of Serbia. Victory, joy and congratulations were over when the last vote was counted. This day marks beginning of a huge responsibility and work under permanent magnifying glass held by our citizens. Many shall look for mistakes of the new Government. Serbia has one Aleksandar Vucic and it would be tragic that it lose him just because it failed to realize how huge his wish is to make this country a successful one – Nikolic said.

The future Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic did not want to reveal the names of the ministers in the future Government. According to his words he is hesitating about one minister only. He however did reveal that the new Government shall include a considerable number of non-party individuals who are experts in particular spheres.
