Kenya's Bernard Kipkorir Talam wins 27th Belgrade Marathon

BELGRADE - Kenya's Bernard Kipkorir Talam is the winner of the 27th Belgrade Marathon, which featured over 20,000 competitors in the Serbian capital on Sunday.

Talam finished the race in 2:14:35, followed by compatriot Paul Kimeli Samoei, who finished in 2:15:50.

Kevin Young, the 400 metres hurdles world record-holder and the promoter of the marathon, signalled the start of the race alongside Belgrade Mayor Sinisa Mali, Serbia's Minister of Youth and Sport Vanja Udovicic and Belgrade Marathon director Aleksandar Djordjevic.
