Month-Long Celebration of Belgrade's Architecture

Besides numerous exhibitions, the festival running from May 8 to 31 under the overarching theme of "Public Space", includes 16 workshops as well as 10 tours.

The ninth festival is being organized by EUNIC, the European Union National Institutes for Culture in Belgrade, the Faculty of Architecture in Belgrade, the Nordic Culture Fund and Serbia's Centre for the Promotion of Science.

Nicolaus Keller, of EUNIC, said they had organized 15 activities in cooperation with BINA, among which he mentioned a mural that is planned for the Long Night of the Museums (May 17 to 18), exhibitions such as"Going Public: Architecture, urbanism and interventions," "Learning from the example of the Gazela Bridge" and "Igloo – a sculpture for the public space."
