Low-Cost Airline Co Dalmatian Launches Zagreb-Sofia Flights as of July

Croatia's first low-cost airline company, Dalmatian, starts functioning on June 30 after long years of preparation.

According to reports of the Bulgarian Telegraph Agency, initially the airline company will launch flights between Zagreb and 11 cities in Europe, including Sofia, Dusseldorf, Geneva, Hamburg, Larnaca, Milan, Prague, Rome, Stuttgart, Warsaw, and Zurich, with a flight to Vienna to be launched at a later stage.

Tickets for some of these destinations have already been put up for sale at the price of EUR 29.99.

The long-term plans of the company envisage transatlantic flights which are not typical for low-cost airline companies, and the inclusion of four different types of Airbus aircraft in their fleet.
