11th Interfest Wine Festival opens
NOVI SAD - The traditional wine festival Interfest has opened at the central city square in Novi Sad bringing together renowned wine makers from nine countries and a few hundred wine brands.
The 11th Interfest was opened on Thursday evening, and Interfest Director Natasa Budisavljevic-Radisic said that the visitors have an opportunity to enjoy top quality wines from the regional countries and Italy, Spain, Portugal and Austria.
The visitors will also have an opportunity to taste many national specialties including extra virgin olive oil from Istra and finest goat cheese from Sumadija, Budisavljevic-Radisic told Tanjug.
The festival will also stage a music program including Italian canzoni, jazz and trumpet players.
The 11th Interfest will last by June 21, and the working hours are from 19:00 CET to midnight.
