Heads of Romanian, Armenian, Bulgarian and Georgian national news agencies discuss ways of cooperation

The heads and representatives of the four member agencies of the Black Sea Association of National News Agencies came together in Armenia's Hankavan to participate in the conference titled 'National News Agencies: Values, Trends, and Cooperation', as ARMENPRESS reports on Friday.

They aim to envisage future ways of cooperation between national news agencies, hold comprehensive discussion regarding the trends of the world in globalization, and examine the peculiarities of the value system.

Director of ARMENPRESS News Agency Aram Ananyan (Armenia), General Director of BTA Agency Maxim Minchev (Bulgaria), Director of GHN Agency Gosha Mirtskhulava (Georgia), and General
Director of AGERPRES National News Agency Alexandru Giboi (Romania) will deliver reports. The heads and various representatives of the Armenian media are also set to participate in the discussions.

At the end of the discussions, the Armenpress News Agency and the national news agencies of Bulgaria, Romania, and Georgia will sign an agreement.

ARMENPRESS, BTA, AGERPRES, and GHN News Agencies are members of the Black Sea Association of National News Agencies. BTA and AGERPRES are regular members of the Association of the Balkan News Agencies — Southeast Europe (ABNA-SE), while ARMENPRESS is an observer member.
