41st Infant Festival kicks off in Novi Sad Wednesday

NOVI SAD - The International Festival of Alternative and New Theatre Infant will open at the Serbian National Theatre in Novi Sad on Wednesday with the play Standards by French troupe Last Minute (Derni?re Minute).

The festival will be opened by Serbian renowned actress Nela Antonovic, who has taken part in the festival for many years to date as participant, selector and member of the jury.

By July 2, Infant will stage 13 plays from 10 countries selected by Milica Konstantinovic and Milos Sofrenovic, and the festival jury will comprise Boris Todorovic and Sofija Ristevska and theatre critic Slobodan Savic.

Most of the program will be held at the Serbian National Theatre, and the rest will take place at the Cultural Center of Novi Sad and the Novi Sad Theatre.
