Extraordinary Government meeting on Saturday, for draft law ratifying R. Moldova-EU Association Agreement

The Government convenes on Saturday, in an extraordinary meeting to approve the draft law on the ratification of the Association Agreement between the Republic of Moldova and the EU and for the approved of an ordinance concerning Iasi-Ungheni gas pipeline.

"On Saturday, we convene in an extraordinary meeting aimed at approving the draft law on the ratification of thE Association Agreement between the Republic of Moldova and the European Union and, I believe, an emergency ordinance concerning the gas pipeline. This is all we have, these are the issues to be solved now, as long as Parliament is still in session, through emergency ordinances or through draft laws that we want to send, which must be adopted," Prime Minister Victor Ponta said in the Government meeting on Thursday.

The Republic of Moldova, Ukraine and Georgia on Friday signed association agreements with the European Union, on the sidelines of the European Council meeting of Brussels. AGERPRES
