Serbia ranks 31st on FIFA list

ZURICH - Serbia's national soccer team dropped by one place on the list of the Federation Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) and now occupies the 31st place with 717 points.

The team coached by Ljubinko Drlovic had three friendly matches in May and June and scored one victory, in the match against Jamaica (2-1), one draw, in the match against Panama (1-1) and one defeat, by Brazil's team (2-1).

With a total of 1,724 points, Germany has returned to the top of the list after almost 20 years. Argentina improved its ranking by three positions and now occupies the second place with 1,606 points, while the third place belongs to the Netherlands as the winner of the 2014 FIFA World Cup with 1,496 points.
