PM Ponta: Basescu must say which service broke the law in case of Udrea's Paris trip

Prime Minister Victor Ponta on Friday said that President Traian Basescu needs to say which intelligence service precisely broke the law by taking some pictures of Elena Udrea and Directorate for the Investigation of Organised Crime and Terrorism (DIICOT) head Alina Bica in Paris.

'Unlike Mrs Udrea, who can say whatever she wants and go wherever she wants, since she is still a free woman, Mr Basescu is the incumbent president, even if illegitimate. An incumbent president, even illegitimate, even irresponsible, cannot speak like Mrs Udrea, cannot give information in general. He must say 'the service X broke the law,' because tracking a person who hasn't broken the law is illegal. You don't give information in general,' Ponta said at the Victoria Palace.
