ForMin Melescanu: Election Bureau rejects proposal to extend voting hours

Foreign Affairs Minister Teodor Melescanu said on leaving the polls on Sunday that he had proposed the Central Electoral Bureau (BEC) to extend the voting hours, but the Bureau rejected the proposal.

Given the situation at the polling stations from abroad, Melescanu was asked whether he had spoken with the prime minister about the possible extension of the voting hours and he answered he had spoken 'with whom I had to'.
