Traian Basescu holds last press conference as head of state on Saturday

President Traian Basescu will hold his last press conference as head of state at the Cotroceni Palace on Saturday.

According to the Presidential Administration, the press conference is scheduled at 18,00. On this occasion, President Traian Basescu is expected to present the report of his activity with Romania's Presidency.

Traian Basescu's mandate expires on Sunday, December 21, on this day taking place the ceremony of the prerogative transfer to Klaus Iohannis, who was elected president on November 16.
