"Anti-terrorism working group" set up

BELGRADE -- The Bureau for Coordination of Security Services met on Friday and formed "a permanent mixed working group for fight against terrorism."

The meeting was chaired by Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic, the government's media office said in a statement.

During the session, the first of the year, the bureau discussed "the current security situation, activities aimed at prevention of potential terrorist attacks and fight against corruption."

The session was attended by directors of the Security Information Agency, the Military Security Agency and the Military Intelligence Agency.

The session was also attended by Minister of Interior Affairs Nebojsa Stefanovic, Justice Minister Nikola Selakovic, Serbian president's advisor Milorad Simic, Republic Public Prosecutor Zagorka Dolovac, Special Prosecutor Miljko Radisavljevic and police representatives.

The officials concluded that "achievement of peace, stability, priorities and safety of Serbian citizens represent the task for all relevant bodies in the time to come."
