C. Zvezda clinches 17 victories in ABA League

SREMSKA MITROVICA - The Crvena Zvezda basketball team defeated the home team of Mega Leks in Sremska Mitrovica on Sunday evening, completing the match with the result 77-75 (14-19, 27-14, 19-19, 17-23) in 18th round of the League of the Adriatic Basketball Association (ABA).

For most part of the match, the Belgrade team controlled developments on the court, but they managed to clinch 17th victory in the ABA League only after a major drama in the closing part, thus upping the record in the number of wins.

The most efficient player was Kalinic with 19 points, followed by Jaka Blazic with 15 points, while the best player on the Mega Leks team was Musli with 17 points and 11 jumps.

In the next round, Crvena Zvezda will host Zadar, while Mega Leks will take on Olimpija in Ljubljana.
