US Secretary of State Meeting with Bulgaria PM Borisov

US Secretary of State John Kerry is holding a meeting with Bulgaria's Prime Minister Boyko Borisov at the Council of Ministers building in Sofia, Bulgaria.
A joint press conference is expected at 14:00 EET (12:00 GMT).
Kerry, who is on a visit to Bulgaria on Thursday, is discussing energy, trade and security cooperation with officials from the country.
Prior to being received by Borisov, he met President Rosen Plevneliev.
Before his arrival at the government building he also visited the rotunda of St George in downtown Sofia.
