Vucic stated on Thursday that the campaign is being waged against the institution that enjoys the greatest support of the public, adding that the attacks on the Serbian Army were launched after its major contribution in the flood defence last spring and a great parade marking the 70th anniversary of Belgrade liberation in October, adding they are aimed at creating instability in Serbia.

He said that all these allegations need to be discussed in detail and openly, adding that he personally believes that Dikovic is not a war criminal.

What I hold as true is irrelevant, and it is up to the institutions to do their job and determine whether the allegations are true or not, Vucic said.
