Serbia's tourism potential to be promoted in Sofia

BELGRADE - The Tourism Organization of Serbia (TOS) will present the country's tourism potential at the Holiday and Spa Expo, an international tourist fair to be held in Sofia February 12-14.

The TOS will showcase the attractions of Serbia, with an emphasis on weekend trips, and present a special brochure titled '52 Weekends in Serbia' in Bulgarian.

The offer will also include tours focusing on Serbia's historical heritage, monasteries, the Danube, gastronomy, and major festivals taking place in the country.

According to statistics, a total of 51,424 Bulgarian tourists visited Serbia last year, which is an increase of 18 percent compared to the year before.
