Local Bar Association rejects former justice minister
SUBOTICA -- The Subotica branch of the Bar Association of Vojvodina has voted against accepting former Justice Minister Snezana Malovic's application.
Malovic applied for membership because she intends to open a law firm in Subotica.
Subotica branch president Magdolna Szabo-Csajkas told Tanjug that a majority of those present at the meeting on Wednesday voted against Malovic's request, "although some were in favor."
The Bar Association of Vojvodina will be informed of the vote, and will make the final decision, she explained.
