Tanjug opens its doors for Museum Night

BELGRADE - This year's 12th Museum Night will include Tanjug as one of the locations open to visitors, founder of the event Ana Jovanovic has revealed.

Despite not being allowed to reveal new locations, Jovanovic decided to make an exception because she felt it would be an interesting exprience for many people.

"It is completely unexpected that Tanjug decided to open its doors and let people see it severyday workings, she said.

The Tanjug headquarters, which is the source of hundreds of news items, photos and videos each day, is situated in the centre of Belgrade and people pass by it every day, but now they will have an opportunity to see inside the building, she said.

Museum Night will be held on May 16 from 5 p.m. to 1 a.m. CET and will make more locations available to visitors than last year.

The entire city will become a large museum for those 8 hours on May 16, Jovanovic stressed.
