Skopje to assist Belgrade in introducing building e-permits
BELGRADE - Skopje Mayor Koce Trajanovski, who is attending the Capital Summit in Belgrade, has voiced readiness to help Serbia by sharing with it the experience concerning the introduction of building e-permits.
The projects was implemented in Skopje, in collaboration with the Macedonian government, Trajanovski said in a statement to Tanjug on Thursday, noting that Macedonia is among rare countries in Europe that introduced the electronic system for issuing construction permits, which was designed on the model of that used in Singapore.
Serbia is planning to make a transition to e-permitting in early 2016.
Trajanovski said that the Summit of Capital City Mayors of Central and South East Europe is a good opportunity for learning from experiences of other countries.
I have heard many interesting ideas that could be applied in Skopje, said the mayor of the Macedonian capital.
