An Istanbul court sent a Turkish journalist?s case to the High Criminal Court after deciding non-jurisdiction April 30 at the first hearing of Sedef Kaba?, a journalist and anchorwoman who faces up to five years in prison for a tweet about a judge involved in the Dec. 17, 2013, corruption probe.

?Do not forget the name of the judge who decided not to continue proceedings in the Dec. 17 probe,? Kaba? had tweeted, referring to the judge who dropped the country?s biggest corruption probe on Dec. 16, 2014.

Kaba? was detained on Dec. 30, 2014, at her house and released after testifying before a prosecutor.
