Premier Ponta starts official visit to Kuwait

AGERPRES special correspondent Doroteea Purcarea reports: Prime Minister Victor Ponta was welcomed with military honors by his Kuwaiti counterpart, Sheikh Jaber Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, at his arrival, this Monday, at the Seif Palace in Kuwait City.
