"No need for delays in setting up special court"

EU Special Representative in Pristina Samuel Zbogar says he sees no valid reason to further delay the establishment of a special court for war crimes in Kosovo.

In a statement published in Monday's Belgrade-based newspaper Vecernje Novosti, Zbogar said that the bill on the establishment of the special court - that should deal with crimes committed by the KLA - had been prepared and relevant amendments submitted to the Kosovo assembly.
