VIDEO: Moment Turkish man kills wounded foe near Ottoman shrine

In a scene reminiscent of a horror movie, a Turkish man has killed a wounded foe in the street near a shrine dedicated to the founders of the Ottoman Empire.

An argument between a carpenter and building contractors turned into a gunfight in the western province of Bursa on July 13, Do?an News Agency reported.

A friend of the contractor, Tacettin Ba?oral, first shot Erkan Serbest, the son of carpenter R?zayettin Serbest, at Tophane Park near the shrines of Ottoman sultans Osman I and Orhan.

In return, the father shot and wounded Ba?oral and then tried to shoot others. Although he missed the other shots, the carpenter returned to kill the wounded man when his friends were trying to give him first aid.

Erkan Serbest was hospitalized, his father, who was still holding a gun when security forces arrived, was arrested and Ba?oral's body was sent to the morgue.

Police have launched an investigation into the murder, which allegedly stemmed from a disagreement between both sides over the construction of a factory.
