Serb List: Civil Defense is not "parallel structure"

The Serb-run Civil Defense in northern Kosovo and Metohija has never been a parallel structure, the Srpska (Serb) List has stated.

Reacting to the Kosovo government's intention to dissolve the units, this political organization that represents Serbs and is a member of the ruling coalition in Kosovo, said that the Civil Defense was "one of the few institutions acting responsibly when it comes to peoples' lives and their safety in hazardous situations."
