"Kosovo will not be allowed to play World Cup qualifiers"

Kosovo will not be able to take part in the qualifications for the FIFA World Cup that will be held in Russia in 2018.

This has been stated by Vyacheslav Koloskov, honorary president of the Russian Football Association and former FIFA vice-president.
