Petition to strip Montenegrin students in Serbia of benefits

A petition has been launched in Serbia to take away the privileges enjoyed by Montenegrin students attending Serbian universities.

This has been reported by Montenegrin state broadcaster RTCG, which cited the Montenegrin agency Mina.
