"Initiative is good, but region is not ready for it"

Aleksandar Vucic's initiative for a common day of remembrance is good - "but the region is still not ripe enough for it," says Sonja Liht.

"The reactions which have come from various sides - from Croatia, Kosovo, and I guess similar reactions will come from Bosnia-Herzegovina as well - indicate, unfortunately, that the initiative is premature, and that we have not yet arrived to a moment in regional relations when this initiative could be widely supported by all,” she told Tanjug.
