Bulgaria Police Detained Another Group in Area of Migrant's Death

Bulgarian border police arrested a group of migrants in an area not far from the Turkish border, hours before a man crossing into the country with another group of people was shot dead, officials say.

As many as 15 "illegal immigrants" were tracked on Thursday afternoon near the village of Debelt in the Sredets municipality, the police department in the Black Sea city of Burgas, in the country's south-east, has reported.

It was near the town of Sredets that a man was shot dead about seven hours after the group of 15 was caught at 15.50.
