Neighbors' UNESCO vote on Kosovo "to reflect on relations"

Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic has commented on Montenegro's and Macedonia's vote in favor of recommending Kosovo for membership in UNESCO.

According to the Serbian official, this will "reflect" on the two countries' relations with their neighbor Serbia.
