Trunk or Treat! The Halloween experience in Greece

A note from the organizers of the 6th Trunk or Treating event:

Its that time of year again….So join us for our 6th annual Trunk or Treating…Saturday, October 31st…If you haven’t joined before, we will have a Car Boot Trick/Treat in a parking lot in the Politia/Kifissia area. Exact location to be announced next week.

All families who would like to join us we begin at 4pm.
Just have some candy ready and bring your kiddies ….they can go from car to car trick/treating…while you give out candy from your car…
Over the past few years, we had families who went “all out “to welcome trick-or-treaters…..zombies, graveyards….candles….it was very spooky….Several families set up games at their cars with prizes for the kiddies. There are wonderful ideas for decorating your trunks on the internet!!

We will once again have a contest for best decorated trunk, best carved pumpkin and of course best costume. There will be a DJ, a bon-fire for roasting marshmellows and of course a goodie table, with everything from hot chocolate, to popcorn, doughnuts, cookies and cake, etc.

Once again, we will have a food drive for Salvation Army, so those of you who would like, please bring along dry goods to donate.

The kiddies and the parents had a great time the past five years…hopefully it will be just as much fun this year….
