Bulgaria Gov't to Vote on 2016 Budget
The Bulgarian cabinet is to hold on Friday an emergency meeting to vote on next year's budget, which will result in a bigger expenditure in healthcare, education, and defense.
More money will be allocated to a number of ministries next year, but also to social workers, if the bill is approved.
Ministers also suggest new debt should be taken on to pay off installments on existing debt.
Friday is the deadline for the draft to be put to a vote, and a "yes" will send it to Parliament.
