"Karadzic verdict won't be allowed to be used against Serbs"

"We will not allow the (Hague) verdict against Radovan Karadzic to be used against the Serbian people," the Serbian government announced on Friday.

The government met on Friday in Belgrade, and issued a statement afterwards, saying that, in the wake of the verdict, "any transfer of collective guilt onto some nations for crimes committed by individuals will not be allowed."
