U.S. VP "regrets loss of civilian life" during NATO bombing

U.S. Vice President Joseph Biden has told Serbian PM Aleksandar Vucic that he "regretted the loss of civilian life during NATO's bombing campaign in 1999."

Serbia on Thursday marked the anniversary of the start of NATO's attacks, that lasted 78 days.
