Serbian Opposition Held Protest Against Election Fraud

On Saturday's protest, several Serbian opposition parties across the political spectrum said that election were rigged and called citizens to vote freely on repeated elections on 15 polling stations scheduled for Wednesday, which can decide whether some parties will enter the parliament or not.

They demanded the resignation of the President of the RIK, Republic Electorate Commission, Dejan Djurdjevic and the Director of the Institute of Statistics, Miladin Kovacevic, promising the citizens to fight for their every vote.

Opposition leaders said that although has different ideological views, they gathered to defend the democratic institutions and will of citizens, which are jeopardized by the regime of Aleksandar Vucic.

Bosko Obradovic, leader of right wing Dveri, which after the latest results has been excluded from parliament for only one vote, have called Aleksandar Vucic to symbolically admits election manipulations on Sunday when it is orthodox Eastern holiday.

"Serbian Progressive Party will not determine the votes, Serbian citizens will," Obradovic said.

Bojan Pajtic, leader of Democratic Party, DS, said that regime's "insolence and arrogance" is best shown by the fact that "dead man which is supposed to be 144 years old today" has voted for Progressive Party, SNS.

"Aleksandar Vucic is your servant and not your master," Pajtic said.

Sasa Radulovic, leader of "Enough is enough" movement which was a biggest election surprise winning 6 per cent of votes, said that there are numerous evidences that elections were rigged, adding that dead people voted, non-existing citizens and that even ballot boxes were manipulated.
