Hungarian inmates are now making razor wire "in 3 shifts"

Inmates in Hungary's jails are working around the clock to increase production of razor wire, Beta has reported, quoting AP.

This comes as Hungary "prepares to build a second fence on the border with Serbia to keep out refugees and other migrants."
