RS issued "appreciation certificates to war criminals"

Council of Europe (CoE) Commissioner for Human Rights Nils Muiznieks has criticized the National Assembly of the Serb Republic (RS).

According to a statement from his office, the assembly has presented "convicted war criminals with appreciation certificates."
