Belgrade Philharmonic Orchestra thrills Budapest

BUDAPEST - The Belgrade Philharmonic Orchestra and conductor Fabrice Bollon performed at the famous Palace of Arts (MUPA) in Budapest Sunday evening.

I am very satisfied with the performance, we achieved great success, said Bollon.

The Belgrade Philharmonic Orchestra proved itself to be among the highest-quality European orchestras and its fantastic energy - its trademark - thrilled the MUPA audience, added Bollon.

The Belgrade Philharmonic introduced to more than 1,600 people the Serbian musical creativity through the rhythm of Marko Tajcevic's Seven Balkan Dances for Orchestra, a statement said.

The orchestra returned to Budapest after 36 years, continuing its success on the international scene.
