Trumps reacts as U.S.-Russia "war" flares up

U.S. President-elect Donald Trump has reacted after the administration of outgoing President Barack Obama introduced sanctions against Russia.

Trump said it was time for his country to "move on," and announced a meeting with heads of intelligence services that he in the past criticized.
