Pristina set to usurp all Serbian real estate property

PRISTINA/BELGRADE - The Kosovo government has decided to register all real estate property of the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (SFRY), Serbia and the Autonomous Province of Kosovo as property of Kosovo.

Pursuant to a government decision signed by PM Isa Mustafa, all real estate registered to the SFRY, the Republic of Serbia and the Autonomous Province of Kosovo will be registered as property of the Republic of Kosovo as the owner.
