Russians offer guarantees for Mladic's release

Russia has offered official guarantees to the Hague Tribunal (ICTY) for the provisional release of General Ratko Mladic, who should undergo treatment in Moscow.

The daily Vecernje Novosti, based in Belgrade, reported this on Tuesday. The news was confirmed later in the day by the ICTY.
