Haradinaj: Recognition of Kosovo condition for dialogue

TIRANA - The dialogue with Belgrade will be continued only if it recognises Kosovo's independence, says Ramus Haradinaj, a former "Kosovo Liberation Army" commander and a candidate for new Kosovo PM.

Haradinaj said this in a statement to Albania's Top Channel TV, in response to a question about his plans for the dialogue with Belgrade in case he secured a majority to form a cabinet following Sunday's early elections for the Kosovo assembly.
