Vucic: We won our freedom, we did not get if from big powers

KRUSEVAC - We must defend and preserve the two greatest values - the independence and freedom of Serbia and its citizens - because we won our freedom and we did not get it from the big powers, Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic said in Krusevac Wednesday.

At a ceremony marking the 628th anniversary of the Battle of Kosovo, Vucic said neither victory nor defeat in the St Vitus Day battle could have saved Serbia from the surging Turks.
