Vucic meets with Gentiloni

ROME - Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic, who is on an official visit to Italy on invitation of his counterpart Sergio Mattarella, met with Italian PM Paolo Gentiloni in Rome on Tuesday.

Vucic was welcomed with full state honours in Palazzo Chigi.

Gentiloni: Italy, Serbia good friends

ROME - Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic and Italian PM Paolo Gentiloni on Tuesday discussed bilateral relations, economic cooperation and the situation in the region, and Gentiloni said he expected the two countries' governments to soon hold a joint session.

There is no need for confirmation of the fact that our two countries are good friends, with excellent economic and political relations, Gentiloni said.
