Dacic "deeply shaken and shocked" by Barcelona attack

Ivica Dacic sent a telegram of condolences to Spanish Foreign Minister Alfonso Dastis, in the wake of the terror attack in Barcelona that killed 13.

"Deeply shaken and shocked by the gruesome terrorist attack on innocent civilians in Barcelona, I send you condolences on behalf of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the government of the Republic of Serbia," the Serbian foreign minister wrote, according to the government.
