Mladic "unlikely to be released to Serbia for treatment"

Rasim Ljajic says there has not been any formal request to the government to send guarantees to the Hague Tribunal to release Ratko Mladic to home treatment.

The Serbian cabinet minister, who also heads the National Council for Cooperation with the Hague Tribunal, however, added that this is the competence of the Ministry of Justice, "which will certainly make an appropriate decision."
