EU and candidate states ministers in informal meeting

Federica Mogherini says it is important that the EU cooperates with Balkan countries in preventing and combating radicalization and terrorism.

"It is particularly important to do so with countries that are not only candidate to become members of the European Union, but also part of the region that is, together with us, more affected by this phenomenon," the EU foreign policy chief said after an informal meeting of ministers of the EU and candidate countries held in Estonia.
