Serbian and Turkish MFAs hold political consultations
Representatives of Serbian and Turkish Ministries of Foreign Affairs held bilateral political consultations in Belgrade on Monday.
The Serbian government announce this on Tuesday, citing an MFA statement that said the Serbian delegation was led by State Secretary in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Nemanja Stevanovic, while Turkey was represented by Undersecretary Umit Jalcin.
The consultations "provided an opportunity to review the current state of the overall bilateral relations between Serbia and Turkey, as well as to identify opportunities and directions for further development of bilateral cooperation."
The delegations "expressed mutual willingness for further improvement of bilateral relations and cooperation in all areas of common interest, primarily in the field of economy, transport, infrastructure, tourism and culture."
